  • Your clients can apply if they’re taking advantage of shared ownership, Help to Buy Equity Loans, Help to Buy in England, London, Scotland and Wales, Discounted Market Sales and local authority affordable housing schemes, however additional LTV criteria may apply
  • Choose from a range of products for Help to Buy Equity Loans, Help to Buy in London and Scotland
  • We accept up to 5% builders’ incentives
  • No valuation fees for new-build properties up to £2m purchase price
  • Sub-sales and re-assignment of contracts are acceptable, subject to criteria. This is for residential only
  • We lend on a wide range of construction types, including modern methods of construction (MMC)
  • Joint borrower-sole proprietor arrangements on both residential and buy-to-let applications
