Switch rates online

Our online rate switch tool

We’ve upgraded our rate switch application process – now you can apply through our hub instead.

It’s quick and easy to use, and you don’t need any documentation or signed declarations.

Once logged in, you'll need to request your client's up to date mortgage information

  1. Select ‘Contact us’ and choose ‘Customer Information’
  2. Fill out the form and submit it when you’re done
  3. We’ll send you the information you need – you’ll see it under ‘My Requests’ on the right of your hub

Once you’ve done that, go to ‘My Requests’ to retrieve the information, then

  1. Tick the accounts you want to switch, then choose ‘Apply for rate switch’
  2. Complete any remaining questions and submit the application
  3. We’ll tell you within two to three working hours that we've recieved your application – we’ll let you know if we have any questions
  4. After you’ve applied, we’ll send you a copy of your client’s rate switch offer
