Changes to our fixed-rate products

We’ve changed a wide range of fixed-rate products across our new lending purchase ranges. The changes take effect from Wednesday 10 January.

Application timings

Important – Key last application timings for all products confirmed as changing

• Tuesday 9 January: last date to save the required loan details and product in our application system (along with generating a MIS) for new lending applications
• Thursday 18 January: last date to submit new lending applications
